This study discusses the effectiveness of psychometric testing in recruitment process at Birkbeck. It analyzes the impact of psychometric testing on employee selection, employee experience, usage by hiring managers, and improvement in the test. The research methodology used is qualitative and inductive. The study aims to understand the impact of using a bespoke psychometric testing on the selection of employees at Birkbeck, analyze job applicants experience psychometric testing, and recommend the use of psychometric testing at Birkbeck be improved.
