INTRODUCTION Quality management refers to the process of overseeing all the activities and tasks that carried out and the business so that the organisation can maintain the desired level of excellence in the products or services. The quality management is done through the process of determination of the policy, creation an implementation of a quality plan so that the business can deliver the best services to the customers(Bhatia and Awasthi, 2018). Total quality management refers to the continual process carried out by the organisation to detect and eliminate the errors that occur in the manufacturing, supply chain management and customer acquisition processes. In this report quality tooling company is considered which is based out in the NE part of England. This report revolves around the quality improvement strategy that is being implemented by the quality tooling company. Further the aspects such as quality assurance, total quality management, quality control and sustainability of the quality is discussed. MAIN BODY Quality improvement in Quality Tooling Company Quality improvement is one of the most essential aspect that the businesses are required to consider in the model in order to sustain in the environment for a longer period of time. This is a systematic approach in which the current performance of the organization is analyzed and the ways to develop and improve the performance are introduced(Dahlgaard and et. al., 2019). Quality tooling company is required to have high quality materials in the products and their products are expected to be accurate and long lasting therefore quality improvement should be done in the organization. The major basics of quality improvement process that will be followed by quality tooling company are discussed below- Establishing a culture of quality in the practices-The practices that are currently followed in the organization plays a major role in establishing a strategy for the quality improvement. The processes and procedures that the company follows should be integrated so that the best efforts can be applied. The commitment is required from the employee’s side in order to enhance the quality of the operations that the business is currently going through. The new techniques and strategies can only be implemented in the products, services and operations if employees are able to deliver the best productivity in the business. Process centered-A major and fundamental part of the total quality management is focused on the process thinking. Process refers to a series of steps that are taken in order to transform the input into the finished goods and further delivered to the customers(Li, 2021).In context of Quality tooling company, the performance measures are continuously monitored by the business through the process that they are following in their conduct. Integrated system-Though organization have many functional specialties but total quality management is based on integrated business system where the implementation of strategy and critical processes is developed in the business. Strategic and systematic approach –The major uncritical part of managing the quality lies in the systematic and strategic approach that is followed by the business to attain the objective. The strategies better developed by the organization to improve the quality helps the business and scaling and sustaining in the environment for a longer period of time. Continual improvement-Total quality management is a process of improvement that is required in the current policies, strategies, operations, products and services of the business. Therefore this area must be evaluated on a regular basis so that the business can continuously upgrade the required areas. A continual improvement will help quality tooling company in both terms that is analytical and creativity which will help in sustaining in the competitive market. 3

Therefore and effective communication in the organization will ensure that everything as well communicated and the employees are aware about the changes that are made in the organization. Total quality management process ensures state every single employee that is working in Quality tooling company should work towards the improvement in the work culture and the other aspects of business. This will ensure long term success and the business will develop more growth prospects. The total quality management is divided in two four categories which is also known as PDCA cycle. The PDCA cycle is further apply to the quality tooling company: Planning phase-Planning is one of the most crucial an important phase in the process of total quality management. This phase involves and interaction process between employees and the managers of the company where the problems and queries are addressed. Through this process the employees state the different types of problems that they face in their day to day operations and further also analyses the root cause behind the problems(Liao and et. al., 2021).The challenges data faced by the company a further evaluated, this research involves collection of relevant data so that a solution can be given to the addressed problem. In context of the quality tooling company the increased competition is one of the major challenge do too much they need to improve the quality of the operations that are being carried out in the business. The planning phase of the company will involve the Different type of ways in which the problems can be addressed. Doing phase-the problems that are addressed in the planning phase our father sold by developing different strategies and plans.
