Quality management is concerned with implementing actions and strategy that can help
in maintaining desire & standard level of excellence. It includes determination of quality
policy, formulating & implementing planning, assurance, quality control & improvement. In

develop a radical strategy for its survival in the market. The total quality management method
which this business can use would require the business to have all the staff, individuals and
resources of the business to be committed towards maintaining the high standards of work for
every aspect of the company's performance. This business can influence everyone in the
organization to have the mentality of quality sustainability by influencing the quality culture in
the organization.

improvement's strategy has been shown with the steps to implement the sustainability to the
culture of quality in the organization. This project recommends the business of Quality tooling
company different methods in which it can improve the quality of its products and services that
