INTRODUCTION
Quality management can be explained as the act which oversees all the activities as well
as the tasks which must be completed to maintain the desired level of the best quality. This
process involves determination of the quality policy, creation and implementation of quality
planning as well as assurance, quality control as well as the improvement of the quality within
the organisation. Basically, the quality management mainly focuses on the long term goals by
implementing the short term initiatives of the company (Parast and Golmohammadi, 2019). The
quality management involves all the stakeholders of the business together for the improvement
of processes, products, services as well as the culture of the overall company. This is considered
as the system which ensures that the products and the services are meeting the standards of the
quality which has been set by the company's quality management department.
There are three key components of the system which involves such as quality control,
quality assurance as well as the quality improvement. The main aim of the quality management
is to provide the ease for the production processes, making the workflow much efficient as well
as ensuring quick delivery mechanism (Zimon and Zimon, 2019). The products and services
when has the high level of the quality, then this leads to increase in the loyalty as well as the
satisfaction among the customers and this attracts the large pool of the customers towards the
company. Ultimately, the company having effective quality management department helps in
creation of good quality products and services for their customers. This report will discuss the
introduction of company wide quality improvement strategy in the Quality Tooling Company as
well as it includes the total quality management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control as well as
the Sustainability of the culture of the quality.
MAIN BODY
Total Quality Management-
Total quality management is referred to the management approach for the long term success of
the organization by the way of consumer satisfaction (Abbas, 2020). The Quality tooling
company can improve the strategy of the organization by enhancing efforts all the members in
the organization that can be done through their participation in improving the product, services,
and the culture of the organization. The elements that the Quality tooling company should
introduce in order to enhance the quality management strategy are as follows-

Consumer focused-
The consumers are the once that ultimately determines the quality level of the different products
and the services (Mothersbaugh and et.al., 2020). The Quality tooling company should try to
integrate all the efforts of the organization whether it be the updating software's or training
employees for increasing the design process and to satisfy consumers needs in the market. The
consumers are the end users of the product and there requirements and the needs regarding the
product should be kept in mind before introducing any new product in the market. Quality
tooling company is already focusing on the consumer needs but still there is a long way.
Employees involvement-
The participation of employees in the organization is very necessary in order to increase the
strategy for the quality management. When every employee of the organization work for the
same goal the efficiency of the organization increases. The Quality tooling company can improve
the employees' involvement by empowering them and by providing them the proper
empowerment that they need to feel secured. High performance by all the employees helps
organization in continuous improvement of the product. Self- management in team work are one
such type of empowerment. The company already has a loyal workforce but empowering them
will help the company.
Process- Centred-
The most important part of Total Quality management is to focus on strategic thinking. The
process centres approach are the steps that starts from the purchasing raw material and ends at
the time when products are delivered to the consumers (Vojvodic and Hitz, 2018). These are the
steps that should be followed for continuously monitoring to measure performance in the
organization. The Quality tooling company by process- centred approach can detect variations
and can bear the unexpected losses if occurs in the organization. This also help the company in
determining the process are clearly identified and clearly followed by all the employees in the
organization.
Communication-
These a very important step in improving quality of the management because proper
communication helps the organization in reaching their goals on time. Effective communication
helps in maintaining moral of the employees at all the levels. The company is already trying to
build an effective communication system but there are more things that company can do like
