Quality management is method and practice that helps in overseeing all the activities and
helps in achieving the desired level of excellence in specified time. Also, the present report is
based on Morrison that is very well-known for selling variety of goods. Furthermore, the study
will analyse one best operational practice that is been followed within the quoted firm and will
