Question 3: The relevant formula used is stated below.
T = (1390.03-1268.41)/((156.842/10) + (137.972/10)0.5 = 1.84
Question 4: The relevant formula for standard error is shown below.
Substituting the given values, we get standard error = 147.41
Question 5 – Using df = 9 and t =1.84, p value = 0.099
Question 6- Since p value (0.099)> level of significance (0.05), hence fail to reject Null
hypothesis and option E.
