The rate of competition is raising tremendously and so it is important to make sure that appropriate steps are taken so that issues faced can be solved in effective manner. Main focus of any firm is to gain maximum profit (Voegtlin, Patzer, M and Scherer, 2012). This is only possible when they are able to understand the need and requirement of customers and deliver them services accordingly. Further, organizations develop aim and objectives so that they are able to develop path on which it can be attained. In all these aspect, there are requirement of leaders who can guide and direct workers with the help of which they are able to work with their full efficiency. When customers are satisfied, then it has positive impact over the growth of the business. One of the effective theory that can be used by companies in globalized market is with the help of various type of leadership styles that can used. These are effective enough to make sure that all the workers are able to perform with their full efficiency (Prewitt, Weil and McClure, 2011). Employees are the face of organization as they are the one who present the products and services that are delivered by the organization. In situation when employees are not able to perform their set of roles in effective manner, then it causes serious issue for the firm to grow in positive direction. There are various type of leadership styles like autocratic, democratic, etc. All these leadership styles have their benefits and disadvantages. There are many theories related with leadership and it also includes certain set of perception that are carried out. With this respect, as per the view of some of individuals it can be stated that leaders a born and there are few of state that they become leaders with the situations and experience that get. Leaders play vital role in order to make sure that all the employees are provided with appropriate direction and support so that they can contribute effectively towards the growth of organization (Poff, 2010). With the company, there are issues that are being faced among employees and these are important to be considered so that they do not get demotivated. To perform any work, it is required to have certain level of motivation so that they are able to work in effective manner. There are many problems that are faced by employees and as a leader it required to have strong interaction with employees in order to take up steps that can make the 1
business to perform in effective manner. In accordance with the situation, leaders are required to react so that they can analyse the situation and take up most suitable step that can help to overcome the problem efficiently. In order to develop any type of strategy from the side of workers, it is required to consider the type of perception that are carried out by workers. There are many effective ways that are implemented by the firm and these are done so that they are able to raise their sales and profitability. It becomes important for the leaders to make employees understand the importance of strategy and all workers support. However, there are situation in which leaders are able to make employees motivate and accept the changes immediately. It is important that there is proper support from the side of workers received to leaders. When the skills that leaders possess is not effective enough, then they fail to motivate or to direct them towards the goals in appropriate manner (Jenkins, 2012). When employees are under any type of problem, then it becomes difficult for them to perform the set of roles in appropriate manner. It is important for a leader to interact with employees and the issues that are faced by them are considered and steps are taken with the help of which they make workers boosted up for the work and support the firm to grow in positive direction. Further preferences of management should also be considered. It is identified that majority of the companies face issues related with high employees turn over. Employees leave the firm due to different reasons. In this context, it includes low motivation, lack of training, etc. Leader need to understand the condition and take up steps accordingly. 2
