INTRODUCTION
Questionnaire has been termed as the much suitable way of collecting data large sum of
people into a stipulated time period. So, design of questionnaire is of highest usefulness for
assuring significant data is collected so that the results are interpretable along with generalizable.
As the result to this, questionnaires are known as methods of research as they provide a fast,
effective and reasonable means of collecting huge sums of material from huge variety of samples
(Beatty and et. al., 2019). Additionally, these tools are specifically effectual for evaluating
subject attitudes, choices, intentions, and conceptions. The aim of this report is to design a
questionnaire that to be utilised into data collection for company’s awareness about similar
product within market. For instance, some topics are discussed that are suitability of
questionnaire along with justification. Apart from this, formulate a questionnaire which can be
used to assemble the essential data providing explanation for the enquiries are included in this
project

According to the presented scenario, a manufacturing organisation into Luton is
undertaking within production of breakfast bar. So, it has been anticipated to be sold into
their present as well a new marketplace that is Manchester. For instance, in order to
understand this questionnaire has been designed. Data collection is undertaken as the
procedures of accumulating and evaluating information upon targeted variables into a
stabled system that thereafter allows one to answer appropriate questions as well as analyse
results. Additionally, it is the method to gather information from overall relevant sources to
identify answer towards the research issues, test hypothesis and measure outcomes
(Brosnan, Grün and Dolnicar, 2021). In addition to this, it may be divided in two
classifications that are primary addition to secondary data gathering. Primary data collection
