The target audience of the organization includes the people of Melbourne as the primary
entity as it has a strong hold in the Melbourne markets. It includes the people of all age
groups but has an extra focus on the kids and teenagers.
The company also targets the global customers, especially backpackers and travellers that
may promote their products in the overseas markets.
The customers will be provided with the option to purchase products from the online portal
and will also have the option to get the products delivered to them in the Melbourne city.
