Introduction
Problems can be the major part of any organisation as every business faces various
problems in their workplace which can be related with the employee working in the company or
machines which are being used by the company (Barnett, Griggs, and Sullivan, 2020). These
problems can be solved by applying various tools and techniques. Employees faced certain
problems which is discusses in this report. This report covers a workplace problems which is
“Job dissatisfaction” which is being faced by various people. In this report there is a role play is
being conducted which is between a management consultant and unsatisfied employee who is
giving the answers which management consultant is asking to them related with the problems
faced by them. t

Unsatisfied employee : Hi , I am good.
Management consultant : How are you feeling working in a company?
Unsatisfied employee : Ya, I am happy to be Woking their but some of the problem which I ma
facing in the company related to my colleagues and the business environment.
Management consultant : Okay, but what problem are you facing as being part of our
company?
Unsatisfied employee : Ya, I am facing certain problem like dissatisfaction of the job and the
work which I am performing. Although everything is good but I might faced certain problems.
And not only me my some of the colleagues are also certain problems related to the workplace
and the environment.
Management consultant: Can you elaborate what problem are you facing currently in the
workplace?
Unsatisfied employee : Employees am facing problem that I am not happy with the working of
the organisation which they have performed me to ask because they feeling positive in the
working environment and their I m not feeling positive by the work they have performed me to
ask (Edwards, 2020). As many time mangers ask me to perform several tasks at a particular time
