Introduction
After completing the Human Resources management course in Canada, I would like to be
placed as the Human Resource Recruiter in some reputed company. In that case I want to be
placed in the Starbucks. This is due to the fact that this company has a global image to maintain.
Secondly, it has huge market reach in both Canada as well as other parts of the world. Finally,
the company values the employees more than anything and put importance on the recrement of
the skilled persons.
The mission statement of Starbucks is to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one
person, one cup and one neighbourhood at a time. It aims to serve one person, one cup and one
neighbourhood at a time (Starbucks.com 2019). It makes the customers to feel the sense of
belonging so that entire community can be fruitful through this business.
The core value of the company involves the actions for creating a culture and warmth
where everyone is welcomed. The company can act with courage, change the status quo and find
new ways to grow the business. It values the elements of dignity, respect and transparency.

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Salary- $43,700 yearly
Working hours- 7hours
Accountable- To the performance during the probation period
Probation period- 3 months
Location- Toronto, Canada
Overall Summary- Human Resource Administrator is to provide administrative support to all
the HR officers over full range of works related to Human Resource. The HR administrator
would be responsible for successful delivery of the services to the different head office regions
along with some specific areas of the central administration.
Job Responsibilities-
a) Preparing all the documents of HR
b) Successful management and organisation of the personnel records
c) Updating internal HR databases
d) Preparing pay budget, and incentives of the employees.
e) Consulting with the ground level employees about their needs and demands
f) Developing plans for the professional growth of the employees
g) Providing facilities of overtime rewards for the store staffs
