first stage in the organization. The selection process has the three phases of the basic principles
such as-
Reliability
Validity
Usefulness
Basically, the recruitment process involves the development of the effective techniques for
attracting the large pool of the candidates in the company and the selection process is identifying
the most appropriate candidate for the vacancy in the company.

In the today's world, the organizations requires the employees which are highly skilled
