The main purpose of this presentation is to develop the understanding of the procedure of recruitment and selection. This presentation also includes about the job description that defines the specific type of job and the qualification that are required to get selected for that job. At the last a job advertisement for the same requirement of the job for a medium sized restaurants. The name of the company is Just Eat It.
Description of the business Just Eat It is a small private limited company and its parent organisation is situated in 70 Chesterton Road, Cambridge CB4 1EP England. The subsidiary of this company is situated in all over the Europe but the major profit comes from the England. It provides a great number job openings such as chefs, managers, waiters, delivery person and other required manpower to run a restaurant. Theorganizationalstructureofthisfirmissimple,theheadofa restaurant is the owner, after that the managers handles all the work and distribute the various types of work to their workers such as chefs, waiters or delivery person. Apart from this they have receptionist who have to handle the customers by solving their queries at the entrance gate of restaurant only and human resource managers whose work is to recruit the best candidates for the job(He, Y. and Makarchev, N., 2019).

The different types of duties and responsibilities perform by a waiter or waitresses is given below :- •To take and note down the meals and beverages orders from the customers and give the same order to the kitchen staffs. •Deliver the noted down meal to the customers when the meal is ready to eat. •To give some suggestion about the menu items to the customers and inform them about the special dishes of the restaurant(Namulindwa, C., 2019). •To regularly check that the customers are satisfied with the meal and to check that if they needed any extra meal between eating their meals. •Prepare the bill for the customers and provide them when they ask for it. •To check the tables that they are properly cleaned and ready for the customers. •To properly address the customers to their table and escort them after they finished their meals. •To take the amount bill and make ensure that the correct amount is paid by the customers.
