Therefore, employees act asmain pillar to the success of organisation. This increases the importance of recruiting andretaining the best workforce at the business place. Here comes the role of Human resourceManagement of an entity. HR of any organisation is responsible for the recruitment of the bestcandidates with high skill and motivation factor as the employee's of an entity. Retainingengaging and attracting best and talented employees is not an easy task. Therefore, HRM of acompany need to experienced and talented with new and attractive ideas in order to have the bestefficient employees for an entity. The report focuses on the practices that should be used by HRin order to attract and retain calibre employees by taking an example of Sainsbury.
