This reflective journal is focused on producing an individual reflection on the procedure of effectively working in the group and the importance of self-awareness in leadership. The author discusses their experiences in organizing the group and their role in preparing part of the presentation on the MGT3 Leadership module. They also explore the concepts of self-awareness and double-loop learning, and how self-awareness contributes to trust, coordination, cooperation, and resource allocation. The author concludes with their future aspirations to become a great leader and actively participate in team leadership.
