Gibbs Reflective cycle
Gibbs Reflective cycle is the model that leads to different stages for making a sense of
experience while performing different tasks or project. It is the structure to learn from experience
and also to examine the respective experience. This helps to learn and plan by having an
understanding on what went well and what did go right(Sekarwinahyu and et.al., 2019).
Description:-
It was a new experience for me to conduct such a challenge and work on different
business angles(Li and et.al., 2020). There were different business angles that were used while I
was performing my task that was a T-Shirt challenge. In order to make the T-shirt attractive in
eyes of the audience, I created a design and logo that was unique in market and that helped me
out to create a value of my brand. The first business angle was the marketing as it is very
important to understand the target market. I worked to analyze the respective choice of the
people so that on basis of their needs and want, I am able to create a brand that matches their
belief. Another business angle was the preparation of an overall budget so that I can have a clear
idea where to invest and gain huge profitability out of this product. After working on these
business angles, I learned to drive effective strategic changes in the performance of product
introduction and its marketing. I worked to come up with an effective planning in order to make
this challenge more acceptable in eyes of the audience. This also helped me out to finish my
tasks within the deadline.
Feelings:-
While conducting the challenge, I was having a feeling to complete my respective tasks
on time and with efficiency. I divided my work into parts so that I have a clear idea what is
pending and what I have finished off. There were many situations where I got frustrated as I was
not able to come up with an effective budget planning. But then I got motivation from my seniors
and friends and they encouraged me to work with more potential in order to have better results.
Looking back to my work, now I feel satisfied that I worked hard and achieved my targets on
time. There were many skills such as communication skills, team management skills and also
decision making skills that I got enhanced while I was working for this assignment.
