INTRODUCTION
Skills development is the most important factor which needs to be developed by every individual
as it is used in their career success and growth(Hamdan, 2018). For any job or starting nay
business if the person is lacking in certain kind of skill then the growth in the job and in the
person cannot be made. The development of skill is helpful in increasing the productivity and
provides the individual with higher employment opportunities in the future time. The skill
development can be helpful in the innovative and the development of new ideas as the person
will increase its capability. The individual for the development of the skills need to identify the
weak points which might not be able to make that person develop. With the identification of
those skills it is important to work on the skills to make success. This report will cover audit and
evaluation of the skills, Gibbs model of reflection and the personal development planning and
research.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Audit and evaluation of key skills
Remote learning is not similar which is provided in the class room and it is not done in the
classroom. It can be called as a distance learning which has to be started during the COVID-19
pandemic as the universities were shut(Ahadi and Shah Hosseini, 2021). The classes were
provided in the online method and all the other things were similar as being provided in the class.
But I does not liked the ways it is being delivered as the concentration is not made highly on the
classes. Apart from the curricular things I have tried to develop and learn the skills which will be
beneficial for me in my future career and development. This is because the time which is given
to me will be helpful to me to learn those skills and practice those skills in which I am weak but
demanded in many places. The skill development will be helpful for me even if I wanted to start
and develop my own business. In many things I consider myself to be weak and in the jobs
which I will be doing in the near future will demand me such skills. The skills which I have
developed during the remote learning have been discussed below-

Teamwork skills- Teamwork skills is that skills which requires to work together with the
people and provide them proper cooperation in the work. Team work is the quality which
us not developed in an automatic way but with the practice. I know that if I would be able
to work in a team with every other individual then with that I would be able to develop
my communication skills as well (Rani, Kholidah and Huda, 2018). The teamwork skill
which I have developed is important for my career as the job which I want to do will at a
point make me work in a team. If I would be able to work with every other individual
then at that point it will develop the efficiency and responsibility and will increase my
resume.
Communication skills- My communication skills is also weak and it is because of my
introvert behaviour as I was unable to talk with the other people in my school and in the
university also. It is also the skill which is not just required in the career development but
also in the daily work. Effective communication helps the person to understand the things
which might be done with the good communication. This I knew would be required if I
would apply in the job and the first stage where my communication would be checked
will be the interview phase. It will make me good as in professional manner and also help
me in communicating with my colleague. For the promotion purpose also this skill is
very important for me.
IT skills- IT skills is the information technology skills which is the technical skills to
work in a technical based company (Lefeber and Datta-Chaudhuri, 2019). This skill is
required by every company in their employees as the work is related with the technology
only. This skills is in demand and I am not able to develop such skills as this skill is
weaker in me. This skill requires the knowledge about the computers which in some
places requires the basic and in some it requires the high level. I in a present situation
have developed the basic learning in the IT skills and some more is required to become
the professional one. It is because when such skills are added in the CV it increases the
chances of that person.
Gibb’s model of reflection
The explanation of the Gibbs reflective cycle have been discussed below in context with the
remote learning-
