INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development this is one of the most import part of an
individual's life and helps in forming of framework which promotes towards personal growth of
person. This makes seeking and development of inner self possible through enhancing them in
more effective manner. I am working as an front office manager within rosewood hotel which
has helped in covering of personal aspects that is based upon moral, cultural and welfare.
Working as a front office manager of rosewood I am required to work upon skills that is require
to be develop with the help of professional development that is helpful for me in my future
progress. Such work helps in developing of learning activities through training and development
which regulates growth while working as a front office manager. In this report reflective analysis
of all personal skills and development is done in relation to front office manager within
rosewood hotel..

maintained with more efficiency and effectiveness. Technical skills- To frame these kinds of skills technical skills is been developed that
makes nature of work done in more smoother and better manner. I am working as an
Front manager that has helped me in gaining benefits in relation to customers loyalty and
employers sustainability in more effective manner. It is covered for making advancement
done.
Knowledge Data entry- As an Front office manager I must have compete knowledge in relation to IT
knowledge which makes maintenance data entry over clients and customers that has
made records maintained about all kind of process within an organization.

performance within the area improvement is to be made. Then maintaining of various attributes
and career goal development with some skills of PDP over team work and assisting of computer
knowledge. I have gained strategies and upliftment for it (Alt and Raichel, 2020).

From the above discussion it can be concluded that personal and professional
development in relation to individual is important criteria for making growth regulated with
advancement in future towards achieving all goals that is important in relation to developing my
performance as Front Office Manager that impacts growth of an organization. Further analysis
