INTRODUCTION In student life, it is important to focus on development as well as growth so that goals are accomplished(Balfanz, 2019).Knowledge and creativity is essential without which it is not possible to achieve success in life. Main aim of this essay is to understand the importance of knowledge and creativity in professional as well as personal life. This essay comprises of learning experience of module and approach of dealing with future challenges as well as expectations. MAIN BODY Discuss how learning has been developed during this module, give examples from experience. At the start of session, it was an opportunity for me to attend and access this session as it increases my level of knowledge and learning competency at higher scale. Further, my main aim was to access at deep level of new information. During this module, my level of learning was moderate. So, analysis of experience is being given and which also provides a detail knowledge of course of module. So, every week new situations were to be faced and are further discussed as follow- What Main purpose of PSKC module was toprovide a new level of learning and increase the knowledge of students so that goals are accomplished.The tutorial guides students abouthow to use information and data at right point of time and at right place. During the study session, teachers first engage with the students to gather their attention of lectures and towards module. The most memorable things which I saw was that every students was giving attention and there was a two way communication within a lectures. Resources which I used for this session was books, pen and paper, laptop. My reaction during session was surprising and I was excited about creativity within the module. Other people were involved during session with aim of accessing to new learning and increasing of their skills (Choi, 2021). Further in this week, I gather up new knowledge such as accessing of new information & technology applications, presentation and posters usage etc. My weakness during this module which is discovered was that it is difficult for me to manage work according to time. I also successful improve Bucks Graduate Attributes such as I developed my leadership skills and qualities, learned about social ethical awareness and responsibility etc. I feel nervous at that time because it was not easy for me to gather up the level knowledge in quick manner. At current point, I feel excited about the session. This is because my knowledge has been increased at higher scale and also I am able to improve my weakness into strength. Now What
The expectation of this university course that I discovered was to increase knowledge of student, enhance their skills and attributes in order to improve future goals. Being an effective students is not easy and which require proper knowledge and high level of patience. The difficulties which I will face are recalling of information, dealing with teachers, etc.It is important for me to deal with future challenges andmeet expectation of university course and for which I will attend new webinars and online lectures. The first aspect which I will address to improve weakness is to learn about new tools and technologies such as use of GANTT chart and WBS in order to manage activities in timely manner. I will get information to unpin my weakness from friends and mentors. I will give presentations and will take more responsibility to my self which will help me in analysing that I am becoming effective student or not. Therefore from above analysis of weeks of module, it is analysed that it is crucial for students to take active participation in module and course so that experience is gained in positive way. Furthermore, it has been also examined that teachers need to be aware of students learning. Examine how to access future methods of challenges and exceptions of university course The university course is beneficial for me as it help in development of my knowledge at higher scale. There are various types of methods that will be used by me to deal withfuture challenges and also leads to fulfilling of expectation of university course. It is duty of student to meet up with expectation of university course as they are asset of universities. Also, teachers need to be well aware of every activity of students on basis of which it is for them to track their growth or challenges faced by them during course. The ways through which challenges can be overcome are further discussed as follows- Managing time It is to be viewed as most appropriate way of overcoming of challenges as because it is essential to manage time and through this it is easy to complete work on time. Also, through this it is easy to complete task which are at priority level. For example- student can complete multi- tasking projects at a same time which also improve their competency level (Grebennikov, 2017). So what Learning study skills- By improving of learning and study skills, student can easily use information and also students can meet up with expectation of university because improving and learning of study skills leads to accessing to job opportunities and other professional goals. Thus, from above explained matter it is has been analysed that it is crucial to focus on dealing with challenges in effective so that goals are accomplished and objectives are achieved.

CONCLUSION After a brief analysis of above essay, it has been concluded that it is essential to be aware about knowledge, creativity so that it is easy to access new opportunities. Furthermore, discussions have been made about development of learning experience during module and future challenges and ways to overcome those challenges. This is further analysed that it is important to access the new experience so that development and success is achieved within time period.
