preserving safety, prioritizing people, promoting professionalism and trust, and practicing
effectively. Here, prioritizing people is effective and can help to deliver person-centered care
services more efficiently. There is a discussion about the overview of the person-centered care
approach. There is also a discussion about prioritizing people during the delivery of health care
services. There is also discussion about the nurse's role and the importance of critical reflection
which can be effective to deliver quality care services to patients for their improved health. There
are high benefits of using reflection which can allow to provide better responses in improving the
healthcare practices and allow to use and improve the skills and knowledge to use those in the
future. The above discussion has exhibited the information about the person-centered care
approach which is generally produced from a humanistic perspective that can stress over the
