INTRODUCTION
Refection is the form of easy in which writer examine their own life experiences and
observation in a first form of verb. Exploring that how she or he has changed, research, analyse
and grown etc from their experiences. The reflection format may be change on the basis of
audience.
This report easy will cover the refection on the previous researches done on the Topic
Talent management within the Sainsbury. It will reflect the experiences, researcher have done to

learning form and experiences. There are total 6 stages coved by the model so the experience can
be shared properly in reflective way. allowing you to learn and plan from things that either went
well or didn’t go well.

I had conducted the research on the talent management and from the previous researches
I have experienced importance of the talent management within the organization and how it can
help company to achieve success within market. Concept of the talent management make me
understand the employees with the skills and practices run by the human resource management
effect the organizational performance (Collings, Mellahi and Cascio., 2017). Sainsbury HR
management can use the practices like talent management, recruitment, learning and motivation,
carrier development, skill development etc. This research find can have huge contribution for the
Sainsbury HR department, if they use these findings within their workplace.
I have also identified from the previous research, that before implementing the Practices
related to the talent management within the Sainsbury, it s necessary for the Human resource
management of the company to have a proper knowledgable and skills, so they can implement
those practices at the workplace and make them effective. In my opinion, they should take
