Introduction
Reflection is known as a very important mental activity which is used both in professional and
private life. Reflection is also known to be a turning back onto a self in which there is an Inquirer
at the observation and an active observer (Brouder, 2018). The main objective of reflection is to
understand different forms of intelligibility around the world and make a meaningful work. It is
analysed that learning the practise of reflection is known to be a fundamental as it helps people
for engaging into a thoughtful relationship with the world. In the following report, there is
reflection about how a research is completed, what are the different methods and ways for
choosing the right type of data in order to complete the project and how research is completed
appropriately.
Gibbs model of reflection
Gibbs model of reflection is chosen for completing the analysis regarding reflection of
research. The Gibbs reflection model is known as structured briefing which is used for
supporting experiential learning. It is known as a continuous cycle of improvement in which
there are repeated experiences. There is need for understanding the own experience and moving
forward in order to achieve the research aims and objectives.
Description I have completed the research project by taking help from my colleagues as well as
my friends. the research is conducted under a proper guidance and supervision of different senior
authorities. They have provided all support and help in order to complete the research work. I
have taken their help at agent every stage of research including research data collection method,
research methodology, research approach and research conclusion (Centgraf, 2018). In the
research work, it is evaluated that research topic is associated with present business situation.
Data collected is from both primary and secondary sources. This will help in managing the data
and information for analysing the research outcomes. It is also evaluated that I must have been
working in the project effectively so that research outcomes are valid and reliable.
Feelings I felt extremely miserable sometimes while working up on the research. At times I also
felt very low while collecting data from people. There are no all people who provide their full
concentration regarding the questionnaire. That is why such kind of people made me hate

resolved and I have to worry about the research outcomes now. I have been deliberatively
working upon end of class so that I can talk to teacher regarding the research work. I have
completed the research effectively and made the research outcomes. Primary and secondary both
data collection methods are used by me for completing this project (Healey and Jenkins, 2018). It
has been Analysed that different teachers are involved in managing the situation when I was
facing problem while filling the questionnaire. That is why I evaluated that dealing with
situations on immediate basis will help me to manage complete work.
Analysis This type of situation include state analysis of research. I have completed my work
properly and managed to get the appropriate resources. There are different factors which are
known to be helpful for me to achieve the research objectives. There are different teachers who
supported and helped me wholeheartedly throughout the project (Kahlke, 2018). Research
approaches used in the research were deductive that is why I have to search about different
articles and websites related to the research topic. Also the research methodology used by me
included questionnaire and online survey. It is also useful for conducting the research work in
future.
Conclusion It is analysed from the research work that I would have done somethings in a
different manner. I think that I should have spoken to the senior teachers before starting the
project and select the topic according to their viewpoint. It would help me to manage the whole
project according to their analysis. In this case, I have searched for the research topic on my own
and that is why it took me long hours for completing the project appropriately (Mumford and
Dikilitaş, 2020). I would have also been nervous while explaining the whole project to some of
the respondents. That is why I have concluded that in future I will focus more upon completing
their strategies and discussing with them appropriately.

upon research is to develop good relationship with seniors and the respondent’s. While filling the
