INTRODUCTION
Reflective journal is the perfect place in which the person can jot down some thoughts
and also write the positive and negative events which a person experienced during an event. The
report is also based upon the reflection of group presentation by using Gibbs reflective model.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
Gibbs model helps to write the reflection in perfect manner so that the entire incident will
be presented in the best way (Cui, Wise and Allen, 2019). In this reflective report, I will describe
my whole experience during group presentation.
In my group presentation, basically we are five person who are going to present in the
classroom. Initially, we all did not know each other and usually I do not make any interaction
with other colleagues. But we have to present our presentation in a group so we make a group
and start introducing each other. We all share our strength and weaknesses with each other and
come to realised that they all share their views without hesitation that was a great thing. So we
all make our whats app group in which we all select different roles for presentation and then
decide the timing of meeting as well so that we can start our preparation.
After it, I feel very low at initial stage because we all are not quite interacted with each
other but when we start meeting and share our views or experience, I feel that I was wrong to
maintaining distance from other people. In our regular meeting I always learn a new things from
my teammates and we all always motivated each other and have enough confidence that our
presentation is going to be awesome from others. Apart from this, I also felt that somehow we
start developing a trust with each other and always cheer up each other. The best thing which I
felt regarding the group presentation is that we all select those roles in which we make ourselves
comfortable (Smith, 2016). For example, as my communication skills are good so I select to
explain all the topic which we are going to present.
During the entire presentation, I evaluate that there are some positive and negative things
happen. Positive experience is that we always motivate each other and never feel any of the
teammate stressed. On the other side, negative side is that our timing never match and as a result,
some conflicts are developed and it affects our work culture as well. Beside this, I also evaluate
that we all share a good collaboration and whenever I face any doubts regarding any topic then

my teammates are ready to solve this. This is the best thing among us and as per my opining it is
basic thing which a team member should posses.
Moreover, during a presentation, we deliver the best presentation among all other
companions in which I analysed that our group have done a better job in oral presentation and
even at the time of presenting our views, if any of the team member feel hesitate and have some
issues then another member will come up and start presenting in order to cover up previous
member. This shows that we share a good team bond between us. For example, when its our turn
of presentation, we all are quite nervous but we all console each other and motivate to give best
and we actually did the best.
From the above, I concluded that my entire presentation is better because in the
classroom when we were presenting our topic none of us make eye contact with student except
professor and ion this way we completed our presentation in the best way. Apart from this, I also
concluded that we all try our best and put great efforts in order to present this and overall my
experience is good and I also learn a lot of new things and also overcome my fear of not getting
interact with other members.
In this presentation, I also experience some negative especially in timing issues and in
order to overcome this, we make strategies how adjust time while working in a team and finally
we select that not to discuss with each other. It means that every day we start preparing
individual and at the end of week we met and present our topics in group so that our conflicts
will not raises (Martin, 2016). In this way we completed our project and make it successful.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that my experience regarding
presentation is good and through this I learn a lot of new things and also uses them in my future
projects as well. Moreover, it is also concluded that working in a team will be quite better rather
than doing work individual because all the peoples share their best ideas and as a result, the aim
will be attain.
