INTRODUCTION An employability and study skills are the basic prospect that is required to develop strong employable and offer higher success in future period of time or in career. In this employability is completely dependent on development of various connection in between personal development and many other activities as well that is used to gain long term success in appropriate career or while making suitable contribution in society development (Adeyinka-Ojo, 2018). As per context of study skills it is enhanced as per continuous learning and development so that individual get motivated as by making self-awareness, enlargement in skills and knowledge that used to generate effective outcome. It is used to increase personal and professional development in repetitive period of time under which accomplishment of goals and objectives become clearer. The following report reflect personal reflection process with support of Kolb's reflective cycle that contributes towards achievement of study and employability skills. MAIN BODY Kolb's Learning Styles:It is a style of learning that is developed by David Kolb in 1984 under which he has developed style inventory. It is a four stage cycle that is processed while making concern about internal cognitive process of learner. Kolb's has stated that learning is basically processed while involving abstract concept of acquisition that is used to implies as per varied condition and situations. It is also be acknowledged that learning is continuous process at where knowledge and skills is transformed and created with experiences (Chhinzer and Russo, 2018). The experimental learning cycle usually involved four stages through which all the basic basesisgettingtouched.Itincludesconcreteexperience,reflectiveobservation,abstract conceptualisation and active experimentation. In order to enhance and modify reflective skills, abilities and attributes it is required that balanced level of enhancement and improvisation is induced over continuous period of time. In support of learning cycle an individual is able to intensify working prospect, observation and analysis of both present and past activities so that sustained amount of changes and alteration is induced in future performances. In order to enhance overall personality and to induce professionalism better amount of change is induced with perfection. In this it is easy and comfort for an individual to express themselves in front of others or while taking higher position in any of an organisation. It is as furthermore explained below as: 1

It is necessary that individual must have known about what is going on its surrounds as action that is performed by others also enlarge ability of learning (Cottrell, 2019). In this I have worked for to enhance my watching skills and along with this I have easily understand the need and requirement of others as by judging their gestures and face reactions. In this it is required that sensible learning is processed so that I am able to make effectual understanding about all the relative aspects. It assist me to resolve all the complex situations with certain balance. In support of this stage of learning I have enhancedresearch skillsand in this I have easily interpreted various aspect that is essential while interpreting knowledge about specified topic. In order to enhance learning abilities I have worked on to make clear explanation rather than just judging others belief. In this imaginative and thinking capabilities of mine is increases thus I am able to develop and design more of the solution in sustained mode (Di Gregorio and et. al., 2019). I have develop more ideas and concepts that enhance brainstorming capabilities of mine. In this I am able to easily develop more interest while enriching certain set of skills and attributes. Thus it is required that I have learned about how to worked on a team as while working in team collective effort is required. In order to enhance employability skills I have learnedTeam work skills and problem solving skills.In this I have worked on to enlarge level of competency in which everyone aspect is equally considerable and acceptable as well. It assist me to resolve daily basis problems in managerial manner. In this I have make sufficient level of changes in my personality that assist to make more growth and success. Converging:In this I have learned about problem solving abilities that is seek to be quite practical format as while analysing various task and ideas in constraint mode. It is usually tend to enlarge ability of conceptualisation and experimentation in support of characterisation. It usually consider several styles under which thinking and doing abilities is improvised that support to develop practical assumptions in effective mode (Piopiunik and et. al., 2020). I have worked to improvised various problem solving abilities under which adequate amount of information is transmitted with assigned period of time. It is used advance attracting personality as by considering technical advancement in terms of practicality. I have suitable understanding of information practices but in today' scenario it is required that individual must have clear knowledge about different basis of computer. Thus with support of this stage of learning I have advancedthe use of ICTs,and learn about several languages such as Java, C, C++, HTML, Microsoft World and many others as well. In this I have easily collect and analyse various set of activities so that efficient outcome is developed over balanced period of time. In this rate of 3
technicalities is increases under which I have make comfort understanding of respondent process,accessibility,database,spreadsheets,powerpointpresentation,managementof optimized search engines under which creative knowledge is formulated. Accommodating: In this stage of learning I have tend to be much practical and looks out to gain more learning as from intuitive view point. I have seek the problem and then didn't rely only on gut feeling and instead of this get focused on each and every prospect from which balance set of learning is processed in ordinate mode (Pouratashi and Zamani, 2019). It is a process of learning that is fluctuated in between feeling and doing under which ability of logical implementation and formulation is developed. In this I have worked over with practical and experimental integration through which have try to deal and manage all challenges that is carried out to achieved certain objective. It is used to make logical framing through which sustained amount of changes is addressed with continuity. I have a certain range of understanding through which respective ending is resulted in timely basis. In addition I have make better implication overcommunication skills and time or self management.I have more curiosity to develop better relation and interaction with subordinates but doesn't able to spread clear information in sustained mode (Succi and Canovi, 2020). Thus I have tries to maintain long term sustainability while making transparent relation with others. It assist me to managed myself and other activities as per assigned period of time. These are different employability and study skills that is used to develop better learning and development in my own career. In this I have make collective effort to advance various set of skills such as communication, research, the use of ICTs, teamwork, problem solving and time and self management (Scott and et. al., 2019). In support of these skills I have worked on to expand my skill set by which ability of mine to compete with various complex situation that is generated on random basis is increases. I have achieved more success and growth over regular basis that emphasis collective performance of mine. I have attain learning with cyclic learning under which perfect basis of learning is developed with better suitability. Thus I could easily represent myself over in any of recognised organisation through which performance creditability is increases with continuous basis. 4
CONCLUSION As from the above report it is summarised that employability and study skill is a basic requirement for an individual to gain successful and impactful heights in future period of time. In this sustain concern and focus is maintain towards knowledge enhancement under which better job position is attained under timely constraint. In order to develop employability skill effectual support of Kolb's reflecting cycle is used so that learning is processed with certain continuity.
