INTRODUCTION
An employability and study skills are the basic prospect that is required to develop strong
employable and offer higher success in future period of time or in career. In this employability is
completely dependent on development of various connection in between personal development
and many other activities as well that is used to gain long term success in appropriate career or
while making suitable contribution in society development (Adeyinka-Ojo, 2018). As per context
of study skills it is enhanced as per continuous learning and development so that individual get
motivated as by making self-awareness, enlargement in skills and knowledge that used to
generate effective outcome. It is used to increase personal and professional development in
repetitive period of time under which accomplishment of goals and objectives become clearer.
The following report reflect personal reflection process with support of Kolb's reflective cycle
that contributes towards achievement of study and employability skills.
MAIN BODY
Kolb's Learning Styles: It is a style of learning that is developed by David Kolb in 1984
under which he has developed style inventory. It is a four stage cycle that is processed while
making concern about internal cognitive process of learner. Kolb's has stated that learning is
basically processed while involving abstract concept of acquisition that is used to implies as per
varied condition and situations. It is also be acknowledged that learning is continuous process at
where knowledge and skills is transformed and created with experiences (Chhinzer and Russo,
2018). The experimental learning cycle usually involved four stages through which all the basic
bases is getting touched. It includes concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract
conceptualisation and active experimentation. In order to enhance and modify reflective skills,
abilities and attributes it is required that balanced level of enhancement and improvisation is
induced over continuous period of time. In support of learning cycle an individual is able to
intensify working prospect, observation and analysis of both present and past activities so that
sustained amount of changes and alteration is induced in future performances. In order to
enhance overall personality and to induce professionalism better amount of change is induced
with perfection. In this it is easy and comfort for an individual to express themselves in front of
others or while taking higher position in any of an organisation. It is as furthermore explained
below as:
