INTRODUCTIONPersonal development covers activities that improves awareness, identity, develops andpotential or build human capital and facilitate employability which enhance the quality of life. Ithelps them in improving efficiency towards achieving its objectives and goals (Hillson andMurray-Webster, 2017). it will help an individual in improving its skills and knowledge inaccordance with a particular task assigned. It also helps people in monitoring aims and objectivesin a proper manner. In this present report, personal development plan is mentioned which help aperson in analysing its strength and weaknesses and also in using future opportunities to gaincompetitive advantage in a dynamic business environment. In order to overcome weak areas,report is going to be enclosed with personal development plan, which will makes a personeffective and efficient in managing business operations within in an organization.1

According to the view of point Freeman and Garety, (2014), team working is beingconsidered as an effective approach where willingness of a group can be seen in order to toachieve a common goals and objectives. Team work has ability to perform individually orin a group which is very important of an organization.Why is this core skill important? Why did I select this skill to reflect on?As per the view of point Hillson and Murray-Webster, (2017), Team work is veryimportant factor which plays a vital role in an organization to meet deadlines and goodcommunication skills. Positive attitude is very important for team work which caninfluence employees as well. Team work also affect the employees by shared worktogether. This skill is quite important for me as it will help me in working effectively in ateam and timely achieving goals and objectives as well. I have selected team working skillsbecause it helps me in reducing workload by getting supportive colleagues in anorganization. It also helps in achieving objectives or goals in the competitive environment.Reflect on your current competence regarding this skill. How did you assess yourcompetence?Based on the feedback which was given by my manager and employees on the onlineportal i.e. Sheffield portal, I am good in communication skills (8.2 from 10 ratings) whichinfluences my team members to work with me in a positive manner. By having goodcommand on communication skills, it helps me to achieve targeted goals and objectives ofan organization in desired time frame. In the case of competences, I received positivefeedback from my team members and manager that I have to encourage my team membersworking skills. Therefore, good communication skills affect positively to employees in theorganization as whole (Johnson and Sachmann, 2014).
