Executive Summary Personal development plan refers to a process of making effective strategic plan that helpan individual in achieving its specific goals and objectives. It helps an them in improvingefficiency towards achieving its objectives. In this regard, it will help an individual in improvingits skills and knowledge in accordance with a particular task assigned. It also helps an them inmonitoring aims and objectives in a proper manner (Autesserre, 2014). In this present report,personal development plan is mentioned, which help a personin analysing its strength andweaknesses and also in using future opportunities to gain competitive advantage in a dynamicbusiness environment. In my case, I have selected this skill because it can help mein reducing workload by getting appropriate support from team members. This skill also helpsme in achieving my goals and objectives as well as productivity of an organisation in acompetitive business environment. How competent are you currently regarding the skill?As per my own evaluation, I have a great command on communication which helps me ininfluencing my team members in achieving our common goals and objectives. this, I have also developed sense of maturity in my working process, which helps me inovercoming from petty misunderstanding arises in team members. I have also receivedfeedback from my managers that I have also developed my support skills as they saw me insupporting my team in various events. This skill helps me in supporting my team at everypossible situation because we are working for achieving a common purpose. Can you identify any contradictions, or allowable weaknesses from your analysis?As per my above mentioned analysis and peer feedback, it is essential for me to continueimprove my communication and support skills.
