Reflective Report 1
Introduction
The business can be considered to be an integral part of the organization and for this
reason, it is very important for any entrepreneur to take an advantage of the situation and ensure
that the problems are converted to opportunities (Dyer and Dyer 2013). Hence, when we were
given with the project of a Feasibility study, I was very enthusiastic about it as I believed it
would provide me with the opportunity to learn more about the business environment of the
United Kingdom and learn the various factors affecting the business and other operational
procedures. The given reflective reporting will be discussing my roles in the team, the dynamics
of the group, my responsibility and detailed contribution to the work in the feasibility report.
Roles played
The roles which the different members play in a group are considered to be very crucial
with respect to the success of the group (Dyer 2015). Each member has a critical role to play and
the contribution of any member in a group does not need to be undermined (Baggetta, Han, and
Andrews 2013). It is for this purpose, it becomes necessary that the roles of the different
members in any group are well divided and identified effectively so that there exists no
communication issues later on and the success of the group does not get compromised (Im,
Montoya and Workman 2013).
In my team, I played the role of a coordinator. Being very efficient in communication, I
was asked to manage the different group meetings which would take place and also ensure that
all the members knew their parts and they were available at the time of the group meetings.
Group dynamics with respect to delivering the report
The group dynamics can be essentially described as a particular set of group behaviors
and communication flow which occurs within the different social groups (Braun et al. 2013).
Group dynamics form an essential aspect of the communication which tends to take place
between the different groups in the market and also forms an essential aspect of the success of
the group (Georgiadis 2014). Hence, the group dynamics should always be such that it is
successfully able to take the group to the right path and be able to ensure the attainment of the

objectives (Flaherty 2015). According to me the group dynamics in our team were very strong
and thereby assisted us in achieving long term success. Our relationships became stronger over
the time and we were successfully able to ensure that the best work was delivered.
Responsibilities for the report
My responsibilities as in the team were as follows:
Referencing: As I have an experience in academic research, I was given the responsibility of
referencing for the assignment given to us. The referencing style was Harvard and I had to make
a list of all the resources which we had used in making the project and use them in the feasibility
study while in texting in Harvard style. I faced certain difficulty with respect to the format and
the large number of references having been used for the assignment.
The Business Plan section: Secondly, I was also given the responsibility of completing the last
part of the feasibility study which is the business plan part. According to me, the business plan
forms one of the most important parts of the feasibility study and it helps to act as a blue print of
the organization which goes a long way in assisting the firm to analyze the path which is to be
followed by the organization.
Brief description of involvement in group meeting
The group meetings were held once every week and they were very comprehensive in
nature. All the students came up with the different research areas and material that they had
assembled over the week and also came up with their work in progress. As a coordinator of the
team, my role in the team meetings was very crucial as I was responsible for ensuring that all the
group members reached the venue of the meeting on time and if they were not able to attend the
meeting, they were briefed upon the contents of the last meeting as well.
Details of contribution to group for the study
As stated earlier, we were united as a group for the group project and for this, I was
responsible for the references part has been taken from the correct sources. Along with this I was
also responsible for ensuring that the business plan of the organization is laid down well and that
it covers all essential aspects that are crucial to the feasibility study. Lastly, I also contributed
