INTRODUCTION
 Leadership is considered as an art to motivate people and group of people
in the organisation to achieve similar goal.
 This report is based on ASOS plc which is located in UK and dealing in
clothing and fashion
 This report states about the remote work and Covid in the company.
 Impact of leadership in such scenario is mentioned in this report.

Various challenges faced by leadership on
covid 19
 Employees are facing low morale in the work, they are not able to help the organisation to attain the goal. as
this is major current issue which is going on in the organisation. Leaders are not able to boost the morale of
the employees so that they can work, like they were doing earlier.
 Apart from this, leaders have to split the work in different sections so the employees feel better and they can
relate themselves to the work, for that organisation has changed the leadership style.
 As the main motive of leadership is to bring motivation to employees of ASOS plc so that they may attain
their individual goal.
 But due to pandemic this company is facing loss and the employees also having low morale.
 So it is the duty and responsibility of leader that they bring motivation to the employees and help them in
remote working.
 \ Now this company has provided remote working to the employees and they have to work from outside the
office.
 When the entire team of ASOS plc is working remotely they need belongingness and motivation which is
given by the leader.
