Tender Documentation 1.1 Statement of Work1.1.1 IntroductionThe paper mainly focuses on the replacement of Harbour Swing Bridge by SBM3320Ltd that engages in inviting various tenders as well as eligible bidders for completing theproject work. The project work mainly involves replacing swing span, superstructure,operator hose and fender system. In addition to this, it also involves in finishing the workrelated with superstructure modification and electrical as well as mechanical overhaul. It isidentified that the time that is approved for finishing the entire superstructure as well asSwing span is around 10 days so that the replacement of bridge does not create any type ofnegative impact on the public. The entire project of Harbour swing replacement will befinished in 62 days by utilizing the approved cost that is around AUD 31,474,000.1.1.2 Project ScopeThe scope of the project includes:Replacement of Harbour swing BridgeCompletion of superstructure as well as swing span replacement within 10 daysCompletion of project within 62 days by utilizing budget of around $31,474,000Finishing the work associated with electrical and mechanical overhaul1.1.3 Period of project performanceThe replacement of Harbour swing will be finished within 62 days. PROJECT MANAGEMENT31.1.4 Work requirementsThe replacement of Darling Swing Bridge will be finished within 62 days byengaging in different phases of the project that are elaborated below:Initiation phase: In the initiation phase of the project, the project manager engages indeveloping the business case of the project depending on which the bridge will be replaced.Proper feasibility analysis is undertaken in order to determine the feasibility that is associatedwith the project.
