This study aims to evaluate the role of Green HRM practices in maintaining CSR responsibility for the firm operating in the Malaysian retail industry, with a focus on Tesco. The study will examine the relationship between Green HRM and CSR, and the impact of Green HRM on environmental protection and natural resource maintenance. The targeted respondents for the research are 50 employees from the Human Resource department of the company. Various statistical tools, such as correlational analysis, regression analysis, and factor analysis, will be used to measure the hypotheses. The study will also refer to relevant journal articles and online resources on the topic.
