Defining the perceptions of dual professionalism and professionalism within education and
training.
Professionalism is mainly associated with the development of the skills who in turn
tends to earn various set of skills which eventually leads to better growth in specific
career. It helps the individual in critically evaluating various set of issues and forces
which influence the work of an individual.
Dual professionalism is mainly associated with the teaching as well as training to the
employees. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is considered to be of
utmost significance because it helps in maintain high degree of specialism. Diploma
in Education and Training is one of the most significant qualification which helps in
qualifying the teacher for the qualified teacher learning and skills.
Internal Quality Assurance Qualification is of utmost significance because it tends to
ensure internal quality and provide relevant set of services (Abele and et.al., 2015 ).
Internal Quality Assurance Qualification is very prominent because it helps in
ensuring reliable and consistent judgements. Assessor Qualification is considered to
be as a Level 3 Certificate which helps in assessing the occupational competence
within the workplace.

in turn largely influences the behavior of the individual at work. Professional values such

the quality. In this tool they used to set different standard in the organization and on the basis of
check quality is being checked in the organization. At the same time organization used to use
peer observation as a quality assurance technique in an organization. In current scenario I am
going through the training and the master program in the University. Thing which is going well
in the learning cycle is the learning about the different module in the organization and also
learning the different aspect of the same in the market.

After going through the project the one thing which is highlighted by me as I need to improve the
same. One of such skill is the patience skill of mine in the market, as it has been identified that I
