Organizational culture may be defined as underlying the assumptions, beliefs and value that can
interact with the contribute towards the unique social and psychological environment at workplace. In
Marks and Spencer, organizational theory will help for identifying the problem and resolve them. It
useful for increasing the productivity and profitability of organization in global marketplace
(Chattopadhyay, 2019). There are different types of theories applicable in the culture at workplace
such as Classical, Contingency and system theory.
