like distribution in internet, sales, reservations, sailings as gross management for increase the
profits. This is individual and independent hoteliers and owners. The scopes, aims, vision,
mission, culture for the hotels. In this report analyse the environments, sources of environments
like past history, Hots stimulation and an environment for the Bondi beach. Here using two
models for Aqua hotel that is Porters five forces and Pestle model.
2.0 BACKGROUND

In the industry of hotels scope is open for many kinds of businesses (Delcour, and
Hustinx, 2015). It serves and provides services and give many facilities like foods and drink,
entertainment, games and regarding objects, adjustment and products.
Aim
The aim is to establish HOTS stimulation for the Aqua hotel for acquiring vision,
mission, and values using strategies, environmental analysis, models (Krivich, 2014). Like
porters five forces and pestle analysis for the hotel.
3.0 Environmental Analysis

Past History – The Aqua dining is make their consumers blessed and happy. This
restaurant was opened around in 2000 that is portion of team of dining and its owner is Bill
Drakopoulos. He also the owner of four restaurants (American Society for Gastrointestinal
Endoscopy, 2017). This helps not only fitness but also give guide ns for eating foods, exercise
etc. In 2011 this is transformed in the dining rooms by architect Sidney Koh for renovation.
Environment of Bondi Beach – This beach meets three great oceans Pacific, Southern
and Indian oceans. Naturally the waves cracking coast of Australia that makes caves coves.
Around 600 years before peoples are so far to visit this beach like Portugal, Holland. Peoples like
to surf, swim etc (Becheru, Badica, and Antonie, 2015). This means peopls likes to come on
bondi beach from various far areas. Some peoples also like to work like for farming, sealing,
