as well as the division of German company Daimler AG. Basically it dealing with luxury
vehicles, buses, coaches and trucks. This report will be discussing about different ways of IT
system store and process data. Additionally, will elaborating IT system that can be used fro
supporting value added changes for enhancing business operations. In this last, will discussing
about practical IT solutions for organisational scenarios that related to common business issues
and problems in effective and efficient manner.

In current time all the organisations of marketplace wants to become the leading one and
give competition to other companies of same sector so that desired targets can be achieved
efficiently. IT systems helps in various ways to firms like storing important data, in doing
analysis or to remove extra part from the enterprise which is of no use. IT also helps in managing
daily operations with in an organisation (Luftman, Lyytinen and ben Zvi, 2017). Hereby,
Mercedes Benz also widely use IT systems in many ways that helped it in improvement. There
are few functions in which IT systems plays a main part mentioned below:
Communicating: In past staff member's did not had technology by which they can
communicate with other members. But in today's world IT has became an essential part for every
organisation. This helps workers to communicate with each other all around the globe.
Example:- For setting a plan which will be implemented in other countries as well. So, Mercedes
Benz supervisor's did a meeting which was done through a video conference call. Other ways
like E-mail, online software's like Skype are widely used by all level of managements for
communicating.
