Abstract
This report investigates the management structure and business ethics of Lexus Car Company,
which is a luxury vehicle division of Japanese car maker Toyota. The SWOT Analysis has been
done on the company to showcase the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. This
analysis shows clearly that company is rich in their strengths and opportunities in relation to the
technology, design, diversified products, market share and brand positioning. The distribution
network is widespread and the opportunities for the company are also big worldwide. Whereas
like every other company, Lexus also have few threats and weaknesses as some of them can be
resolved but they have no control over natural forces of market. Later the business has been
explained and the company have faced issues in this regard, real incidents has been taken into
light and the implications of following unethical practices are shown in this report. A self-
reflective review has been given on the type of organization structure that the company may
want to work in.

Introduction
Lexus Car Company, a luxury vehicle division of Japanese car manufacturer Toyota based in
Nagoya, Japan. The division includes sedan, coupe, convertible and SUV models. The company
market in more than 70 countries and territories worldwide (Lexus.com, 2017). In this report
SWOT analysis with USP and competition marketing analysis has been done on Lexus Car
Company to showcase various aspects of being in this business along with the brand parameters.
The management structure is shown in this report to make aware of the organizations hierarchy
and lastly the ethics involved in the company, issues that the company faced ethically (Debnath,
2015).
