P6 Appropriate recommendations as a result of research

There is different type of strategies can be followed by the improvement of business operation as

initiate the solve the problems regarding to the project will be solve the effectively manner.
-Employees must be able to communicate with each other to evaluated the data process and also

performance in the organisation. With the help of training the employees to know how to reduce
the rate of wastage (Kerzner, 2015). The employer of Charlotte street hotel should use
appropriate strategy so that they can deliver better products and services so that targets should be
attain. Along with this proper utilisation of resources should be used. There are different type of
activities of charitable trust which assist in prevailing market as it is essential for them so that
they can attain success in competitive market. They have to give their proper contribution in
terms of time and money so that they can offer best education as well as training which will aid
in attaining goals and objectives.
P7 (Reflection)
In the way of research in a effectively manner to the conduct the process of CSR
strategies that can helps in the achieve the target and also to set the goal to get the profit of the
management. In this case we included many techniques to analysis the data which is qualitative
and quantitative techniques that is analysis the systematic manner to developing that can help to
reach them (Taherdoost and Keshavarzsaleh, 2015). We can have done analytical data with the
help of the quantitative as well as qualitative research to get the information and also gathered
the data of the project management. In this process, we can have included secondary and primary
data. According to this study we develop our understanding. There are many other types of
strategies I faced the developing the Gantt chart it is very important to I was able to enhance the
proper Gantt chart. In the difference between report and research that shows the different style of
writing process. There are another set of questionnaires that help to know about the procedure of
the analytical data and also the set of the objectives for the organisation to achieved the goal with
the help of the theoretical process which includes the data analysis, data collection, and ethical
consideration to boost up the organisation image and as well as goodwill (Serrador & Turner,
2015).
Reflective: For making this report effective the number of quantitative and qualitative data is
used which helps in making the report effective along with that primary and secondary data is
also taken into consideration. Present report is based on the CSR of an organisation is discussed
in this report that how they affect the business. It is an essential element because with the help of
that organisation can fulfil all the duties of itself towards the society. It is the moral duty of an
organisation to maintain ethical activities along with that quality assurance of product.
20
Document Page
If they are going to engage in unethical activities with poor quality no one is going to buy
their products and which may lead to close the firm and loss for many times. Time management
is mandatory for every business firm because if they complete their [projects on time then it will
help them in making good image of them in front of customers. Time manage is compulsory for
long run survival.
Another important term of this research is the grant chart which means the project
assurance of time. Grant chart helps in making a good relation in the organisation. All such terms
are considered in this report.
But there are several limitations which arise at the time of making report like, lack of
primary data because of lack of personal interaction with the people. Also, quantitative data may
arise some issues because some people were not providing adequate data for this research and
the questionnaire.
Form the above, I have interpreted that I have to use appropriate activities related to CSR
so that they can reap the advantages and this will aid in expanding market share. If company
wants to build their brand image in market then they have to adopt CSR activities which will aid
in attaining sustainable objectives. If I am using primary and secondary source for data collection
then I can do research online and also from articles. When I am making graph according to the
feedback of consumers with thematic analysis so that they can complete their task in a specific
time in a appropriate and effective manner. This helps me in attaining goals and objectives as
well as success in a competitive market.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has been analysed that the staff members of Charlotte Street
Hotel have to provide the qualitative products and services so that they cannot face any problems
and by the CSR activities they can attain their goals and objectives.
