Corporate socialresponsibility refers to the form of own regulation as it is related with the business model. In thepresent time, consumers purchased the product from the stores which having a brand image orreputation in the competitive market (Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi, 2013). Corporate socialresponsibility divides into different categories which includes environmental efforts,philanthropy, ethical labour practices as well as volunteering. It also helps the stakeholders in abusiness so that they can understand as well as find the values for mission of the business entity.For the success of business, sustainability is the important as well as essential part and it can bedone when managers and employees use appropriate skills in providing the products andservices. The employees of Charlotte Street Hotelhave to grasp the opportunities so that they can accomplish the goals and objectives andaccording to that they can amplifies the intentions of their employees and by that they can attaintheir mission (Brown, 2013). Corporate social responsibility represents the policies, practicesalong with the initiatives so that they can govern themselves with the honesty and transparency.The main focus of the firm is to provide the appropriate satisfaction to their consumers as itsuccour in boosting the sales and by that they can generate more revenue.
