INTRODUCTIONCorporate social responsibilities (CSR) refers to the practices of business which isinvolved in the benefit of the society. In business CSR can be encompass a wide range ofvarieties of the tactics, in which the company is giving the away the portion of the company tothe charity to implementation of the greener business. There are four categories of CSR that areeconomic, legal, ethical, and philanthropy (Ward, 2016). CSR is in popular use. Charlotte StreetHotel is having the CSR rule the responsibilities of the business which are arise in the corporatestakeholder’s relationship. The stakeholders have the responsibilities of the business that gobeyond the three jobs and products and services. The main best thing is that no same companyhave the same rules and regulations each of the company is having the different product andservices and all such things are being different (International Journal of Project Management,2017). In CSR the it contributes to sustainable developing include health and welfare. thebusiness leader deals with the CSR issues through the specialists. CSR world would be useful tobusiness if it could be beneficial for the business.TASK 1P1 Aims and objectives of ProjectImplementing CSR activities within organisations to meet sustainable objectives.In today's time the consumer holds companies or they are seen the companies in a higherstandard. They are just looking for then the material products and qualities services whenchoosing the company to work with it. They want to be not only make profit but to take care ofthe social and environmental issues (De Visscher, 2016). Some of the percent of the globalconsumer says that they seek out the responsible products whenever it is possible. Some of thecompany is tried to know that what is social responsibilities mean to their customers, so becauseof that many of the companies are focusing and practising on the few boards categories of theCSR. It is like Environmental effort, Philanthropy, Ethical labour practising, volunteering. Whilejoining into any of the company the stockholder uses to seek the values and the mission of thecompany so that why should they invest and why should they support. CSR is not becoming themainstream the business so that is is been now noticed by the peoples first (Chih and Zwikael,2015). CSR often responsible to represent the polices, practices and the initiatives so that thecompany commits to order to govern them with honesty and transparency and should have the3

positive impact in social and environment companies CSR strategy is a big factor in where toptalents are been chosen to work. It is to develop and enhance the relationship among thecustomer and supplier. And it is being to attract and retain to maintain a happy workforce tochoose the employer choice. It differentiates the company with its competitors. It helps to winnew business. Consumers are increasingly does not accept the unethical and the irresponsibilitiesof the organisations. The dis tractive practices use to quickly fuel online and it has been takenthe quick action and the action which has not been taken before (The definitive guide to projectsuccess criteria, 2017).Aims: To execute activities which is associated with CSR so that they can meet theirorganisational objectives which is sustainable in nature: A case study of Charlotte Street Hotel. Objectives: To analyse or execute implement of CSR activities in business entity.To evaluate relation of activities which is related to CSR so that objectives can attain.To analyse impact of CSR activities in reaping competitive advantage.P2 Project management planProject management plan is all about the planning to complete any project in a propermanner as well as how to execute or monitored that project which means project managementplan shows the appropriate procedure of handling of any particular project. Proper planning is aessential part of any company's management because planning is the source of estimating all theimportant factors which comes under this m project management plan (Duffield and Whitty,2015).According to the Charlotte Street Hotel the major components which are included inproject management plan of this company are scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risk andresources. Now coming to the “scope” of this hotel is about to understand the nature of thecompany and their projects need and necessities whatever is required while completion of projectlike their main products and how they can calculate the performance. Coming to the “cost” ofthis enterprise it means appropriate estimation of a future cost to minimize them loses andmaximize their profit or to earn high return on investment to run their business effectively andefficiently. Then let’s come to the “quality” which also one of the essential component of aproject management plan because due to attractive and best quality only a company can earn4

more and more return on investment as companies knows that goodwill of an enterprise mostlydepends on the qualitative product (Skills needed in successful project leaders, 2017).Another component is a “time” which is a foremost part of project management planbecause proper and actual timing is necessary to complete a particular project at a particular timeto utilise every minute because time will not wait for anyone. Other one is the “communication”part defines the coordination and understanding between seniors and subordinates of thecompany because it is very indispensable part to create a healthy and friendly environment whichleads to the peaceful environment so it is important to mingle and communicate with all thecolleagues to work in a single team. Next component is a “risk” which means to make a strategyhow to hedge the risk and come to know about the strength, weakness, opportunities and threatsof a particular project (Duffield and Hornstein, Henry 2015). Gantt Chart is the one of the best way to identified in widely use to theproject management that can helps in a defined the schedule the organization. It is based on thehorizontal bar that shows the requirement the completion of the task.The Gantt Chart is based on the task of the company to managing and evaluating the resources ina project. It is also the managing the the communication of the managers that can helps ininteraction with one person to another. In the Gantt Chart, we responsible with each n every taskof the project management. They can help in complete the task in a minimum time duration.Gantt Chart is also shows the link between task in a project. It the framework of the projectwhich is represent in the good manner.
