Executive summary
Leadership has become an important aspect for the global business in terms of business
dynamics and magnanimity. In the competitive market it is essential for the employees to get
proper guidance so that it will help to enhance the organisational performance. In this regard, this
report is going to make a self-analysis of my leadership traits. Therefore, this report considers the
feedbacks and the Gallup test in order to analyse the leadership characteristics of mine. From the
analysis it is found that my leadership trait is resembled with transformational leadership with
the features of motivating the employees and focusing on their individual consideration.
Executive summary
Leadership has become an important aspect for the global business in terms of business

Introduction
The advent of globalisation made the situation for the business organisations more
complex and competitive enough that pressurising the employees to perform in a more extensive
manner (Howieson & Hodges, 2014). As a result of that the dynamics and magnanimity in
workplace activities has become so much important for the business organisation that it requires
proper guidance and leadership of the executive managers. Therefore, the tasks of the managers
are not only focusing on the profitability of the organisation any more (Peus, Braun & Schyns,
2016). The employee skills and satisfaction is also identified as of paramount importance that
today’s leaders are trying to manage in order to enhance the organisational performance
effectively. In this regard, the role of the present day organisation leaders is resembled with
multiple activities from managing and satisfying the employees to establish an effective
organisational activity that will extract more profitability for the companies (Pratch, 2014).
Therefore, the aim of this research is to deliver a self-reflection on my leadership quality and the
measure that I should take in order to bring manage the staffs effectively. There are some
challenges that I face as a leader or manager and thorough this report I will portray an effective
leadership trait supplemented by theories and models.

As far as my leadership is concerned there are few responsibilities that I follow in my
organisation. First of all, it is my responsibility to inspire my subordinates or team members
effectively so that they can feel the importance of their job position. According to Keller (2015)
