INTRODUCTIONIn order to achieve success in the present competitive surroundings it is important thatorganisations are managed in most appropriate manner. There are various resources which areinvested in business in order to earn high business it is important that all he resources oforganisation are placed in such a way ta higher returns can be earned (Dijkman, La and Reijers,2012). Since there are variety of operations that has to be performed in the organisation it isimportant that decision regarding each one of them are taken in an appropriate manner so thatthey can contribute in the growth of the organisation. ABC limited is a huge organisation thatprovides consultancy services to different users. Since it is dealing in the customer supportservices it is important that all is operations are well managed and are capable of earning thetrust of its clients. The following report will discuss the differ concepts that helps in developing amanaged organisation by making effective utilisation of various resources that are available. Itwill help the refer enterprise in achieving its different targets in the given time frame. TASK 11.1ABC company is a recruitment company that provides placement for job seekers. Anorganisational structure is the key part of the business that helps recruiter in smooth running ofbusiness. First thing that will describe here is company structure as organisations structure is theset of activities that helps in allocation, coordination, supervision and provide sufficient way toachieve organisations objective.Director: This person is the key of entire company recognises as primary supervisor andengage with very crucial duties to look after over all daily operation, financial task management,making coordination between all the managers and allocate their duties (Sandströmand Osborne,2011). Director has another title as president or general manager as accordance of the company.In ABC director perform very crucial role cause its rooting up his branches in all over world.Business development manager: In the segment of managers they are dealing withmajor factor like client. These managers have the responsibility to bring their client. This is theonly reason why these managers are work with sales team or department, where he will framesome strategy that attract clients. For a recruitment company business development manager areusing some factor that helps to bring clients and provide them suitable jobs.
Operational manager: organisation always needs operational manager that ensuressmooth running and look over work that are allocated to workers. Operational levelmakes users the action of employees that if they are going with same allocated directionor not to achieve company’s gaols. These managers also control workers action inorganisation. Support staff: as it is a recruitment company, and needs to bring clients.supporting staff is essential for any company because they are the players of organisationthat doing his job in effective way. Their work directly affects to main root oforganisation. So they are very important for any company or any recruitment company(Turner, Swartand Maylor, 2013).Organisational culture: a unique social environment of an organisation is the basicorganisation culture. Organisation as ABC, they are working on recruiting basis for thisthey use their culture power. Organisation culture shares some set of beliefs, values,assumption which track how people behave in work place, it is basically a system thatconsist some factors that are cause of employee’s behaviour at organisation.Mission statement: This can be considered as main prominent cause of firm for itsdevelopment and working. At the time of formation of ABC company, the thought ofwhat they are offering in market is useful and related with company’s this missionstatement. The statement is always works and shows futuristic objective of organisation.Statement also consist aim of organisation.Goals and belief: Goals and beliefs are those that added values to firm. These are themajor components that connects his employees to objective and also connect with client.Well defined goals and beliefs enhance the work and loyalty of employee that helps inretaining them in organisation (Polonskyand Waller, 2014).Business processes: to serves best in market, business processes are needs to beappropriate and runs in effective manner. It takes command and control over all theprocesses these process is, management process that using in planning, organising,staffing, and allocation in organisation operation step, that defining requirement andplans for other processes of company. And encouraging process is the assistanceprocedure of all functional operation to assess and helps in attaining goals oforganisation.
