As it is highly beneficial in evaluating with the threatsand opportunities which may affect the activities of the company to a greater extent. Further, itcan also be seen that with the external analysis it may lead to wrong strategic decisions taken bythe company. Moreover, it will involve with high cost to conduct with the survey to identify withthe factors which may affect the company on large scale. Further, it is a subscription-based television program rentalservice which provide with the wide range of serials which can be subscribed by the means ofinternet and using US mail. Thus, with the help of adopting with efficient PESTLE analysis itassist them to evaluate the positive and negative factors which have a great impact on thebusiness. The following are the factors involved in the PESTLE analysis are:Political factors- It mainly involves with the company's external operations such as theregulations developed by the government or the political parties which have a control onthe smooth functioning of the company (Hitt, Ireland and Hoskisson, 2012).
