Management- What do you think that nature and impact of complex problem “Job dissatisfaction”
Dissatisfied employee- I was shared my experience where I have been identified the complex problem such as Job dis-
satisfaction produce a low morale among employee in the workplace. This is directly affecting my overall performance at
the time of organisational tasks. According to me, it is becoming consider as major issues which may directly harmful for
employees and employers. The nature of dissatisfaction which means that how different people feel about their jobs and
different aspects. Sometimes, I have been feeling a negative behaviour and attitude of employee is always influencing
towards dissatisfaction in their workplace.

Management- Do you believe that Cause and effect analysis of “Job Dissatisfaction”
Dissatisfied Employee- yes, I have believed on the certain kind of cause and effect of “Job dissatisfaction” in the
workplace which affect both employees and organisation. Sometimes, I feel so much stress, in loss of motivation, lack
of interest, poor productivity, frustration and even higher turnover. I have been experienced that major cause of job
dissatisfaction is unpaid, another causes of job dissatisfaction such as poor management, lack of interest,
dissatisfaction among staff members, lack of happy environment etc. These are consider as causes of job
dissatisfaction but it has been identified their significant effects like lack of productivity, increase stress level etc.
