Organization relating to professional development and career plan
Being a marketing student, Colour and thing will surely help me in developing my skills
and different other elements which will give height in my career. By working in cited venture, I
will be able to develop my marketing skills, presentation and communication skills as well.
Moreover, cited firm has strong clientele base and proper communication with clients will
increase my morale and I will be able to give my best in the success of business venture.
Apart from it, I will come to know different strategic techniques used by cited venture in
order to promote the clients business and with that I will be able enhance my skills as well
(Paganoni, 2012). Further, I will also able to learn presentation skills as the solution which I have
made for clients business need to be clearly discussed with the owner and with proper
