The management of St. John God health care unit is active in the main office. The
subsidiaries are looked after by their respective managers and Board members. This has lead to

The hospital has also achieved some milestone. Like building a new hospital unit at
Berwick, by establishing a nurse training centre and many more. The correct utilization of the

fund is very essential for positive growth of an organization. Here the responsibility of the health
manager plays a very crucial role (Delias, 2015). They act as guard of the medical health care.
They have to keep an eye on every activity happening in an around the care unit. They should be
highly trained. They should keep evaluating the working conditions; bring important notice to
the board members. And also by performing it’s duty faithfully.

Australia. The above analysis of the medical care unit tells a lot of the working environment,
health of the finance and human resource management skills. It has a huge human resource
