INTRODUCTION
Health system is stands for providing medical treatment to patients in order to maintain
their health. Nursing staff have to provide proper medical treatment to them. They needs to
provide life sustaining care to the people and try to secure their life as well. They use their
collective efforts in order to reduce pain and free them from serious decease. The present report
is based on health operation which are conducted within hospitals in Australia (Schuurbiers,
2011). Various types of information or data provided by the YouTube video which is able to
define dilemmas that the staff members of hospital are experience to provide life sustain care to
their patients and try to offer proper medical treatment to them in order to maintain their life as
well.
TASK
Every hospital have to appoint proper nursing staff in order to take care their patients
who are surfing from serious problems. After watching video I received knowledge about
medical practitioners as well as other medical staff who are responsible to provide proper
medical facilities to their patients and secure their life from serious deceases which are caused to
them. The video has been defined that surgeons having responsibilities to take their patients but
they failed to do so. According to the YouTube video, there is a female name called Miriam
Dayhew who cared for her dying brother Peter. Peter was suffered from throat cancer. In his
early 50s and 60 prognosis was deteriorating. When he realized about his deceases he put himself
on a bed and decided to die. Because he suffering from so much pain in throat and want to die
(Carrington and Selva, 2010). Miriam knew that the operation which is doctors going to conduct
is very painful for him but she could not transfer this message to him. But her brother Peter died
after four months from his operations.
After that, through video I realized that, doctors provide ineffective treatment to their
patients who are suffering from serious deceases. Dr Peter Saul is an intensive care specialist in
NSW. The doctor examined that, medically ineffective operation is conducted every day which
is not beneficial for the patients. He analyzed that, medical staff members having a responsibility
to avoid ineffective treatment but they failed to do so (Greller and Drachsler, 2012). Ineffective
treatment is no longer beneficial for the patients. They are responsible to provide proper health
and medical treatment to people and try to reduce their pain as well. People with a poor
prognosis are provided drug therapy or surgery by their doctor. But there is no hope of saving

their life. Ethical nursing decisions is played in an important or significant role in medical
industry. Various types of ethical principals are reviewed in order to determine worth of
operations of nursing. After watching video I realized that in the hospitals of Australia, doctors
provide ineffective medical care or treatment to their patients knowing that which operation is no
longer beneficial for them. It is well known that family members of person who is suffering from
serious deceases are not able to accept poor prognosis. But the fact is that the person is near to
end of life. At this stage doctors paly an important role that thy have to provide complete fat to
their family members if any hope to live the patients then they are responsible to provide proper
health and medical treatment to them (Lunt and Livingstone, 2013). Nursing staff members are
able to best decision which is beneficial for the person and able to maintain health of patient as
well. The fear of losing family person the family will request to doctors to provide maximum
treatment in order to again quality of life. The medical staff members are under an obligation to
offer proper medical treatment or operation with no prejudice under this condition.
Ethical principals are able to define proper standard of nursing practice to nurses. These
principals are able to provide proper guidance for all nurses through which they maintain smooth
working in the profession of nursing. With the help of ethical core nurses are able to attain their
set of goals and objectives and responsible to provide best quality of services to people. They are
responsible to maintain proper health of people through offer best quality of services to them.
Further, sometimes nurses faces some ethical dilemma. The effective choices as well as decision
of medical staff members is having impact on the health care of people and which is able to
provide proper care patients (Shapiro and Stefkovich, 2016). Various types of health care
treatment is opted by medical practices which are beneficial for the good health of people and
also able to save their life as well. Nurses have to faces dilemma in practice may not to use
conventional approaches or methods in order to resolve ethical situation which have been arise
during the existence of their practices. They have to follow six basic principals which are able to
developed professionalism in nursing. These principles which are as aligned below:
First principal
Nurses have to provide fair services to their patients in order to maintain their proper
health. Those services are helpful to people in order to maintain their health.
Second principal

This principal implies offering best quality nursing services in order to maintain patient’s
dignity, beliefs, values and rights as well. It is self determined services in order to maintaining
autonomy in the medical sectors. This is beneficial for the people which help them to maintain
their values and expectation.
Third principal
Nurses and other medical staff members are able to have to be fair in their work. They
have to offer equal health services to people. Discrimination may not be conducted on the basis
of race, age, religion and caste. Through this socio economic status is able to improve.
Fourth principal
It is the ethical observation which is truthfulness. Through this they are able to attain their
objectives and goals as well. Maintain dignity which is able to make them comfortable.
Fifth principal
Nurse should avoid action which harm to other person’s life. They are responsible to
follow rules and regulation which are imposed on them (Lin, Lu, Chung and Yang, 2010).
Sixth principal
According to this principal, nurse is expected which is to be beneficence. Which they
have to be always do better like maintain safe and secure patients with the hydration, activities
as well as nutrition.
Therefore, the government of Australia has responsibility to frame some rules, regulation
and policies in order to maintain health of people. Medical practices have to provide proper
health care facilities to their patients in order to offer best quality of medical services to them.
National health care agreement that ensuring equity in provision of the services which are
provided by them. It has been observed that private sector responsible to meet laws which are
framed by government of that country. Hospitals have to provide proper health care treatment to
their patients in order to maintain their health. After watching YouTube video I have been
observed that doctors provide inefficient treatment to the people which are not beneficial for
them. Non governmental sectors play an important role in the health care sector which is able to
boost up quality services. For the same purpose primary rules and regulation have been framed
by the government which is maintain by them try to provide medical treatment to patient
(Walsham, 2012). Medical sectors have to framed some plans and strategies. After that staff
members have implement those plans and properly execute them as well for the same purpose.

Through this process, public receive quality services from qualified staff members which is
beneficial for people. From the given video I learned so many things which is able to improve
my long learning. Through this I can able to improve my knowledge and skills about medical
sector. Doctors are responsible to ensure that their staff members have to offer better quality of
services to their patients in order to maintain their good health and improve standard living of
life. Guidelines must be provided to them for the smooth medical services which is beneficial for
them. Health care sectors has play an significant role in the shaping the nursing institution
various types of achievements have been highlighted. Guidelines which is provided to them is
able to established or maintain their set of profession. The Australian government have to frame
some rules and regulation which are imposed on medical practices and able to help in smooth
working of them. They must provide treatment to people in law charges which are easily
affordable by them in which people easily receive medical facilities. Those types of good
medical facilities are able reduce their pain and provide best health to them (Beckford, 2012).
Proper schedule working they have to opted in order to offer good services. It is framework for
them which is able to framed proper plans and strategies and have to implement them for smooth
working. Serious deceases are increase the pain of person which can be reduce by doctors in
medical sector treatments.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above report it has been concluded that, health care treatment is related
with the medical services which is delivered by the doctors to their patients in order to reduce
pain with the help of best quality of health treatment. After watching I analyzed that, nursed
provide inefficient treatment to their patients which is not beneficial for them. But family
members of person are scared to loss their loves once and agree for maximum treatment. So that,
doctors having obligation for conduct operation of person in order to provide life to him.
Through this YouTube video I received so much knowledge and improve understanding which
are helpful in my long learning. This information are related to medical sectors. Doctors having
responsibility to offer safe and secure medical care to the people in order to improve their
standard of living. Proper safe, secure and good environment given to people in which they
easily survive.
