INTRODUCTION
Health system is stands for providing medical treatment to patients in order to maintain
their health. Nursing staff have to provide proper medical treatment to them. They needs to
provide life sustaining care to the people and try to secure their life as well. They use their
collective efforts in order to reduce pain and free them from serious decease. The present report
is based on health operation which are conducted within hospitals in Australia (Schuurbiers,
2011). Various types of information or data provided by the YouTube video which is able to
define dilemmas that the staff members of hospital are experience to provide life sustain care to
their patients and try to offer proper medical treatment to them in order to maintain their life as
well.
TASK
Every hospital have to appoint proper nursing staff in order to take care their patients
who are surfing from serious problems. After watching video I received knowledge about
medical practitioners as well as other medical staff who are responsible to provide proper
medical facilities to their patients and secure their life from serious deceases which are caused to
them. The video has been defined that surgeons having responsibilities to take their patients but
they failed to do so. According to the YouTube video, there is a female name called Miriam
Dayhew who cared for her dying brother Peter. Peter was suffered from throat cancer. In his
early 50s and 60 prognosis was deteriorating. When he realized about his deceases he put himself
on a bed and decided to die. Because he suffering from so much pain in throat and want to die
(Carrington and Selva, 2010). Miriam knew that the operation which is doctors going to conduct
is very painful for him but she could not transfer this message to him. But her brother Peter died
after four months from his operations.
After that, through video I realized that, doctors provide ineffective treatment to their
patients who are suffering from serious deceases. Dr Peter Saul is an intensive care specialist in
NSW. The doctor examined that, medically ineffective operation is conducted every day which
is not beneficial for the patients. He analyzed that, medical staff members having a responsibility
to avoid ineffective treatment but they failed to do so (Greller and Drachsler, 2012). Ineffective
treatment is no longer beneficial for the patients. They are responsible to provide proper health
and medical treatment to people and try to reduce their pain as well. People with a poor
prognosis are provided drug therapy or surgery by their doctor. But there is no hope of saving

treatment in order to again quality of life. The medical staff members are under an obligation to
offer proper medical treatment or operation with no prejudice under this condition.

principals are able to provide proper guidance for all nurses through which they maintain smooth
working in the profession of nursing. With the help of ethical core nurses are able to attain their
set of goals and objectives and responsible to provide best quality of services to people. They are
responsible to maintain proper health of people through offer best quality of services to them.
Further, sometimes nurses faces some ethical dilemma. The effective choices as well as decision
of medical staff members is having impact on the health care of people and which is able to
provide proper care patients (Shapiro and Stefkovich, 2016). Various types of health care
treatment is opted by medical practices which are beneficial for the good health of people and
also able to save their life as well. Nurses have to faces dilemma in practice may not to use
conventional approaches or methods in order to resolve ethical situation which have been arise
during the existence of their practices. They have to follow six basic principals which are able to
developed professionalism in nursing. These principles which are as aligned below:

Nurses have to provide fair services to their patients in order to maintain their proper
health. Those services are helpful to people in order to maintain their health.
