For this report Toyota Motor Corporation is chosen companywhich is established in the year of 1937. It is most popular Japanese company who deals inassemble, design, manufacture, sales of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, minivans andrelated accessories primarily in Japan , North America, Europe and Asia. Toyota MotorCorporation is the most leading manufacture and the eighth largest enterprises in the world anddeals world wide in high quality goods and services to their potential customers. This reportcontents the study about different organisational structure and culture, the relationship amongorganisational structure and culture or their performance on organisational performance.Compare the effectiveness of various leadership styles, different ways through whichorganisation can motivate their employees at work place and the behaviour of group and itsimportant will also be discussed in detailed manner. The company is also follows effective organisational culture andstructure in order to gaining desired goals and objectives in well planned manner.
