TASK 1 Personal Development Plan
Personal development plan is known as the plan and procedure of developing an action plan for
analysing skills and abilities (Morales, 2018). This is helpful in managing skills and evaluating
different ways for enhancement of growth and development. Some of the elements associated
with planning and reflecting own manner for accomplishing goals such as awareness, values,
reflection, goal-setting, etc. It is an effective way for managing the completion of career and
attaining self-improvement. Employers are provided information which is required by employer.
This is helpful for managing my own skill and attaining goals. These are related to various
elements that are career, education, relationship or for self-improvement. CV is used for
providing information about one’s skills and academic data (Rubens and et. al., 2018). There is
need to have personal as well as professional development. It is seen that proper skills are
managed for enhancing the capabilities and achieving organisational goals and objectives. There
is wide scope for employees to manage the abilities and skills which are used for completing
several tasks and activities. There are training sessions and programs created for managing
capabilities and skills. Several opportunities are present within market for managing the
attainment of personal goals and objectives. These are managed effectively for doing various
activities by analysing effective ways (Salter and Rhodes, 2018). This is needed by me to
manage the personal and professional development. It is essential to prepare personal and
professional development in order to achieve effective goals. There are feedbacks taken from my
tutors and they guide me to know what are the different skills in which I lack. My tutors now me
more and they can provide me support for managing the work. It is concluded by me that
managing different skills and capabilities of mine will help to manage the achievement of plans
and goals in less time (Sergeeva and et. al., 2018).
