INTRODUCTION
Air transport is now common medium that is used by the people to travel at distant
places. In long journey many people face some of the health issues that are related to respiration.
Poor immune system and uncomfortable to go in long journey are some of the important factors
that have impact on respirtaory system of individual. In this regard, test of medicines are done
and their effectivenes is measured. Data set comprise people that take elderburry and other
medicine before and after jounrey contiously. Impact of these mediciens on physical health of
individuals is mesured by using statistical tools like T test. It is also identified whether there is
mean difference between treatment groups in respect to symptom scores. Relevant tool is applied
in this regard. Rational behind research is to identify whether medicine given to resondents may
lead to reduce in respiratory issues.
Methods
Data was collected on random basis from people that are going to visit any destination
place for nearby to 4 days and have long journey which may be nearby to 7%. Sample size taken
in the present research was equal to 283 people. As part of demographic information it can be
said that all respondents were those who belong to middle class category and book tickets of
economic class. Variables that are analyzed in study are body mass index, physical health
composite score before and after taking medicine. Symptom score is another one variable that is
taken in to accout for analysis purpose. Statistical tools that will be used in study for analysis
purpose are t test and descriptive statistics etc.
Results
Mean value and standard deviation of BMI for Elderberry and Placebo is 25.59(4.058)
and 24.95(3.97). Maximum value across both groups is 33.70 and 34.80. All these facts reflect
that in case of both gross same BMI of respondents were taken. PCS is no significently different
before and after intake of Elderberry (0.724>0.05). Inverse trends are observed in case of
Placebo where level of significence is (0.048<0.05) before and after intake of medicine. In case
of patients that take Elderberry symptom score were very low relative to Placebo. It can be
observd that value of level of significence is 0.00<0.05 which menas that in terms of cold days
there is difference across both groups people.

Discussion
Results are clearly reflecting that Placebo is much effective then Elderberry as signficient
difference is observed in physical health in case of former one then latter one. Means that people
must take Placebo then Elderberry to become healty as fast as possible. However, number of
cold days observed by people is high in case of Placebo and significent difference is observed in
case of mentioned group. Hence, this again prove that even indivdual observe more cold days
Placebo is effective. Severity of cold symptoms was also high in case of Placebo then Elderberry
group then also it prove effective. It can be said that on all parameters former one prove effective
then latter one. Thus, it can be said that if condition is severe then it will be better to take Placebo
then Elderberry.
