Topic: To analyse the operational issues which are directly linked with accounting, sales,
human resource and marketing.
Fletcher Building Limited is known as top most company in England which was founded
in 2001. Globally it consists of approximate 20000 employees. The present business proposal
consists of various principles and practices on basis of main features of operations in accounting,
sales and marketing areas. Different business operational problem has been identified for
decision making and problem solving in operational context. It has also given special emphasis
on accounting and human resource functions and problems of sales and marketing. In this report
there is detailed analysis of ethical issues which are considered prior to gathering primary and
secondary data of chosen organisation. Reliability and validity is achieved by developing
questionnaire for primary data and secondary data is from online and authenticated sources.
Further the project has been framed for finding different operational issue which will be
reflecting in sales, marketing, human resource and finance. This project will give
description about ways how organization will fix the issues in ethical manner by analysing
its strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of Fletcher Building Limited.

organization. Various infrastructure projects are carried by this organization which gives services
of road maintenance. Different products are provided for buildings such as material for
construction and more related services. The entity's international segment gives pure surface and
laminate products for spaces of commercial and residential as well. Operational problems with
