• Fletcher Building Limited is known as the top most company of England which was founded in
2001. Globally, it consists of approximate 20000 employees.
• The present business proposal comprises of various principles and practices on basis of main
features of operations in accounting, sales and marketing areas.
• Different business operational problems have been identified for decision making and problem
solving in the operational context. It has also been given special emphasis on Accounting and
Human Resource Functions and Problems related to sales and marketing.

prior for gathering primary and secondary data of chosen organization
• Reliability and validity is achieved by developing questionnaire for
primary data and secondary data is from online and authenticated sources.
• Further, the project has been framed for finding different operational
issues which will be reflecting in sales, marketing, human resources and
finance (Chancellor, Abbott & Carson, 2015).
• This project will give description about ways how organization will fix
issues in ethical manner by analyzing its strengths, weaknesses,

affects accounting, sales and marketing and human resource functions.
• To Frame business proposal for finding all possible solutions and to prepare
action plan for weak areas of human resource, marketing, sales and accounting to
support efficiency and effectiveness of different operations.
• To apply knowledge of principles, practices, problem solving and decision
making in context of operational performance of an organization.

• The main issue in this research is about operational problems for specific business of
Fletcher Building Limited (Choo, Nag & Xia, 2015).
• Issues related to operations that is technology up-gradation and lack of effectiveness and
efficiency in various operations.
• All these issues are due to different market conditions and activities of competitors.
• For solving this problem, a questionnaire has been prepared for both employees and
customers and extraction of data must be analyzed properly.

The sources of data are latest and it is based on all the articles which are published
from year 2012. The data has been extracted from journals, books and articles are
published in very recent duration (Etikan, Musa & Alkassim, 2016).
• In context of secondary data, the initial priority has been given to scholar sources
and which are authenticated and patented.
• All the relevant sources are been taken for interpreting the study.
